This was a major job, installation of a new, high efficiency furnace requiring new venting. Tim and Damon showed up on time, inspected the site with me, explained everything that was going to take place and got to it. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and the job was completed in a timely fashion. Everything I needed to know about the new furnace was explained and all pilots that had gone out during the gas turn-off were re-lit and everything was functioning well. Clean up was excellent and no damage to carpets or walls occurred during the job. It was a delight.

I first used Milani 3 years ago. Paul recommended a new furnace. He arranged for Lennox to come with a new one and install it. He then came back after it was installed to check the installation. He showed me the bubbles of a little leak in the gasline installed and fixed it! My peace of mind is worth the bill (which is a lot for me) to have Paul S. come each year for a furnace cleaning. Next year I'll be getting a new water tank, so I'm saving monthly!! I referred him to my son who moved to a new home last year and Paul did a large job for him recently. Dear Milani,
Last week John and his crew started on the repair and replacement of the laundry room drainage pipes and replacement of a new concrete floor.
When we realized the drain pipes were not where they were supposed be, my worst fears, being the project manager, flashed before me; I did not want to tell the Strata Council that all could not be done as planned. After a smooth and logical resolution to the problem was worked through we were back on track.
And when the project was in jeopardy of falling behind, the day before the new concrete was to get poured, John picked up a shovel and started digging with the rest of his crew. The next day the new floor was poured and all aspects of the job were being completed as scheduled.
From the start of the project John and Rick both showed a professionalism and work ethic that all companies should display consistently.
I’ve worked with many trades people and trades companies to know a good one from a great one, and you guys; well you're the latter.
BTW: the machines were tested on Saturday and the water was rushing down the drain like it was supposed to all along... it was a bit of a glorious moment :)

My wife and I used Milani to do the annual service on our old (1977) furnace for a number of years, and had always been impressed by the professionalism of the service. We were particularly pleased one cold winter day when the furnace quit at three a.m. Milani had a man at our house and the furnace fixed before noon. We were also impressed that the company's service people always treated us with integrity in assessing the longevity of our furnace: Finally, in the fall of 2006 we were told it was time to replace the old beast. The installation was smoothly and quietly done with a minimum of disruption. The Milani people were, as always, highly professional.
Our new heating/cooling system is working well and when we had a minor follow-up issue it was dealt with quickly and well. We have been more comfortable on cool days and particularly pleased with the system on hot and sunny days. We look forward to seeing the new system's greater efficiency have a pleasant impact on the size of our gas bill.
Overall, we heartily recommend Milani Plumbing and Heating to anyone thinking of upgrading their heating system.

Just a note to say thanks for installing our new Lennox furnace. We appreciated the fact that your installers, Tim and Eddie, came on time and efficiently installed the new furnace and hot water tank . They also did an excellent job of moving the furnace to the position we talked about and installed a new return air vent in an area that was not the easiest to work in to say the least
When we had the furnace inspected, the District Inspector commented on the perils of not having a furnace installed correctly. After hearing him speak, we were glad we went with a company as professional as Milani.
