HALO Ultra Plus Reverse Osmosis
The HALO Ultra Plus is an under-sink reverse-osmosis system for drinking and cooking water. It reduces a long list of contaminants — including PFAS/PFOS, lead, arsenic, fluoride, hexavalent chromium and total dissolved solids — then adds minerals back so the water is not flat.
Four stages under the sink
Stage one is a 5-micron sediment filter; stage two a 5-micron carbon block that takes out chlorine and organics before the membrane. Stage three is a 50 gallon-per-day RO membrane that removes dissolved contaminants and TDS. Stage four is an alkalinity/pH booster that remineralises the water for better taste.
Filtered water collects in a 4.5-gallon tank and is delivered through a dedicated smart faucet that signals when the filters are due. A HALO leak detector shuts the supply if it senses water where it should not be. HALO rates the system at a 1:1 purified-to-drain ratio, and it needs no electricity.
Maintenance
Filter changes are tool-free and use a single kit (H-RO-PLUS-KIT) with all four stages. Milani sets the schedule based on your water and household use, and can plumb the RO water to a fridge or ice maker as well as the faucet.

Milani installs HALO equipment on the main line where water enters the home (or, for drinking-water and point-of-use units, under the kitchen sink), tests your water first so the system is matched to what you actually have, and sets it up with the correct bypass and shut-offs so future service is simple. Where a unit has replaceable cartridges or media, we tell you the schedule and supply the parts.
