The lineup
The standard commercial unit heater for garages, shops and warehouses. It draws combustion air from inside the building and vents the flue gases outside. A wide input range covers everything from a service bay to a large warehouse bay.
A separated-combustion unit heater: it pulls combustion air from outdoors and vents outdoors through a sealed two-pipe system, so the burner never touches indoor air. The right choice for tight buildings, dusty or fume-laden spaces, and rooms under negative pressure.

Unit heaters are for high-ceiling, unducted spaces where running sheet-metal ductwork would cost more than the heat is worth. They mount overhead, angled down, and a propeller fan throws warm air across the floor area. Several smaller units spread through a building usually beat one large one — the heat lands more evenly and a failure only takes out one zone.
An LF25 uses the building's own air for combustion. That is fine for a typical garage or warehouse, but it means the heater competes with exhaust fans and needs enough make-up air, and it is not suitable where the air carries dust, solvent vapours or other contaminants.
An LS25 seals the whole combustion path to the outdoors — intake and exhaust both run in pipe through the wall or roof. It works in tight, well-sealed buildings, in spaces under negative pressure, and anywhere the indoor air would foul a standard burner (body shops, paint prep, woodworking, some agricultural buildings).
Milani sizes the heaters to the building's heat loss and air-change rate, not just the floor area, and lays out where they hang for even coverage. We run the gas line and confirm the meter and regulator can carry the added load, install the venting and combustion-air piping to the required clearances, wire the thermostats or controls, and pull the gas permit.
